Q:Where does the TheCutestCollection ship?

We ship globally.

Q:Are there any returns or exchanges?

Yes, you may return or exchange any item within 15 days of purchase. All shipping supplies are final sale. Please read here for more details on how to return/exchange your purchase.

Q:How long does shipping usually take?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after fulfillment that are made locally in USA, however, for other products that are shipped from our facility in china, it may take 12-20 days for orders to arrive. Q:I only received one item, where is the rest of my order?

There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way! We ship every item individually so that even if some items aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.

Q:I entered the wrong address, how can I get this fixed?

Send us an email to [email protected] ASAP so we can get it fixed this before your order ships out. Please include [WRONG ADDRESS] in the subject line so we notice your high priority issue. Additionally please scroll down for how to contact us on demand.

Q:Will Christmas affect shipping times?

Although all the shipments will be processed at the earliest but due to high traffic and demand, it may take some extra time for you to receive your order. In such situation, you do not need to worry because the refund policy will also be extended by the no. of days which you got your product later.

Q:My order status is completed but I don’t have my order?

This simply means that the order has been processed and shipped, essentially the order has been “completed” from our end and is now on its way to you.

Q:How does TheCutestCollection.com process payments?

Our pricing is based on the USD, U.S. Dollar. All payments and exchanges are dealt directly by our payment processors.
